Our wellbeing hub classes are open to all people to join. The classes will involve a practical guide to meditation and Qi Gong. These methods will also assist in reducing stress, anxiety, isolation, and other negative states of mind. Instead, you will learn how to become peaceful, relaxed, and cultivate patience through various meditation and mindfulness techniques.

You do not need to have any previous experience with meditation. What’s more is that our meditation and Qi Gong sessions are inclusive – welcoming all people, of any age, sex, gender, sexuality and persons of any faith, or no faith. We will give you a simple, down-to-earth guide to meditation that can help you relieve stress, take stock, and find new meanings to life.


  • 1st Friday of each month: In this session, we encourage people of our community to come together for a short meditation, some tea and snacks to have a chat about a certain health and wellbeing related topic. All Wellbeing Hub members and participants of these social sessions are encouraged to suggest ideas and topics they are interested in and want to talk about. So when you join and fill out the form, do not miss out on that question as you can have a say of what topics will be talked about in this session. We will provide the overall frame and guidance for these sessions, but expect participants to contribute ideas and opinions. The focus of these sessions is to come together, share and talk about experiences in order to learn on how to improve your personal health and wellbeing.

Meditation Classes

  • Monday: free class, for everyone that wants to practice meditation. This class is not a guided session as it is a self practice and open session class. Here anyone can practice what they have learned so far and improve on existing techniques in their own time or just get some quiet time and space for their own mindfulness and wellbeing practices.
  • Thursday: this is a guided meditation session following the principles of the five elements throughout the year and teaching breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises.

Qi Gong

  • Thursday: In this class students will learn Qi Gong exercises which consist of a combination of stretching and breathing techniques with the focus on guiding your external and internal energies to improve your health and wellbeing.
