The main purpose of the Tai Chi course is to promote well-being andhealthy living. It is also aimed for getting people to stay active. This is especially important for people who are over 50 years old. It is also beneficial for younger people looking to improve their fitness for continued fitness maintenance in the future. The Tai Chi Course is run by a qualified instructor who will teach people step by step and introduce everyone into the Tai Chi movements. The style of the Tai Chi we will be teaching is Chen style. The date of the course is starts from 4th Sep 2018 until 25th Jun 2019, with the length of the course being 40 weeks in total.
