In this course you will learn and practice very simple and effective techniques to relieve stress, calm your mind and relax your body.
Mindfulness is very helpful not only for stress relief but also to alleviate anxiety and depression and improve your mental health.
For this course you are not required to believe in anything, you only need to be relaxed and will develop a conscience of your body posture and your thoughts. This course does not involve any religious practices. We will only work with techniques and routines of breathing, relaxation, and meditation practices. All exercises will be very easy; can be practiced anywhere and in any situation to help you to keep calm and relaxed. In this course we will use sounds, crystals and aromatherapy to help with an easier relaxation.
