Walking meditation is a simple practice for developing calm, connectedness, and embodied awareness. The art of walking meditation is to learn to be aware as you walk and to use the natural movement of walking to cultivate mindfulness and wakeful presence. Come along and join us for a delightful spring day’s walk amongst the natural surroundings of the New Forest in Bluebell Woods at Lyndhurst Pondhead. You will also learn some simple Qi Gong exercises, such as how to draw energy from the natural environment. Afterwards we will have a little get together, where everyone can share their experience and exchange ideas and knowledge. All are welcome.
