Qi Xing Quan (Seven Star Boxing) is one of the core traditional forms in the Shaolin Temple that has been preserved over the centuries. It combines a couple of kung fu styles of heart mind boxing with rooster techniques.The postures have characteristic stances and hand positions of the roster with open splayed fingers (wind hands).
It has a variety of defence and attacking techniques which are useful in attacking the opponent’s vital areas within a limited space.
It is very practical for fighting applications. This form is brief but vigorous, easy to learn and easy to practice.
