Shaolin Kung Fu was developed in a unique time and place in the world. Subsequently, its training methods are a key feature that make up its unique and distinct style. Shaolin Kung Fu uses fundamental postures, drills, and exercises to provide a range of results included increased strength, refined body conditioning, suppleness and flexibility, increased stamina and endurance, and advanced coordination and agility.

This course presents the fundamentals Shaolin Kung Fu training, and unpacks what they are used for, and the fitness benefits associated with them. The course is suited to anyone.
