Stick to the club rules 2. Always carry the license on you when you go to and from training. This is a legal requirement if you are carrying training weapons, the police may ask to see it. 3. Always stop in the doorway and bow when you enter or leave the training hall, even if you are not training. 4. Do not laugh at other students if they ‘mess up’. 5. No swearing. 6. You will be asked to leave the UK Shaolin Temple if you use any of it’s methods for anything other than genuine self defence. 7. Remove any protruding rings or facial piercing (wedding rings are fine). 8. You will not be allowed to grade unless you are wearing the correct uniform. 9. Always wear the correct uniform. 10. When you approach Shifu or any other instructor, or they approach you, you need to bow. 11. If you need to go to the toilet or need a drink, ask first, before you walk off. 12. Switch off your mobile phone before the lesson starts. 13. Do not use other people’s equipment without their permission. 14. Any weapons need to be covered when being carried in public. 15. Weapons are for training purposes only, not for combat use!
