ABOUT YAN MIN CHEN (SHI YAN MING) Yanmin Chen is a 34th generation monk of the Shaolin temple in the Henan province, China. He has studied Kungfu since being very young and was a member of the offical delegation of temple monks who traveled around the world demonstrating their kungfu skills. Yanmin Chen is the founder and head instructor of the UK Shaolin Temple. He also takes the time to ensure top quality instruction in his training centre. He teaches the Kung Fu and San Shou training classes as well as some Ch'an Buddhist Culture classes. He pioneered the Ch'an Buddhist Culture conditioning program many years ago, and remains one of the leading instructors of the business. He teaches Kung Fu Ch'an, Kickboxing, Weapons and trains the San Shou and MMA fighters. If Yanmin travels to you he will charge some travel costs. INITIAL CONTACT When you book your personal training, you will be offered a date for an inital consultation and health & fitness tests. This will help Yanmin get to know you and how you like to be trained as well as let him know what base level of physical fitness you are at. At that point he can make your personal programme. PRICES If you travel to him the cost will be £55.00 per hour, £90.00 for 2 hours. If you want to do 3 or more hours, you will need to contact us. If he travels to you he will charge a travel fee (depending on how far away you live).
