UK Shaolin Temple's Martial Arts Training is taught in a positive environment with programs for the entire family! Our junior and adult martial art programs focus on the discipline of Kung Fu while conditioning good athletes and team players. Our team of qualified and experienced instructors will lead you in your journey to learn and apply the basic techniques of Kung Fu, San Shou (Chinese Kickboxing) and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). There are also Qi Gong classes to help you reach your fitness goals!
