To join us as a member, please read this:
The' ukshaolintemple.com' member pages are provided to enable you to increase your knowledge of Shaolin kungfu and provide other relevant information. By using the ukshaolintemple.com member pages you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:
Registration
@: The Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a member needs to be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects;
@: You will notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Information by by e-mail or by calling us on 0845 257 9819.
@: You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity and not to use a false name or one that you are not authorised to use.
How to Join
1. Read carefully and fill in all the correct information. Please notice, we will not take any responsibility if you don't fill in your information correctly.
2. To join our membership scheme, you need to fill in the 'Membership Applicatition Form'. Please click here for the applicatition form.
3. All members will be required to provide a photograph when they join.
4. The signature needs to be of an adult over 18 years old (parent/guardian in the case of someone under 18yrs), and dated.
5. All payments can be made by: (1) online payment (2) cheque (3) bank Transfer.
6. No matter when you join, your membership will be valid for a full 12 months.
