Self Defence Workshop

This one day workshop will teach participants how to protect themselves, stay safe and gain practical skills and confidence that can be applied in a real life situations. Shi Yan Min will present a number of realistic scenarios and a teach participants how to consider the options, and what techniques to apply to escape or defend yourself within those situations. These scenarios will include hand-to-hand self defence and also how to defend yourself in scenarios against knives and weapons. Shi Yan Ming will teach effective self-defence techniques which can be undertaken by anyone regardless of the participants fitness level.
This is workshop is suitable for all levels of fitness and suited to any experience of martial arts or no experience at all.
