Kung Fu Combat


 Kung Fu combat sessions concentrate on practical kung fu skills. These skills will help you learn self-defence skills, strengthen your body’s condition, build your internal energy and so on. The subjects that will be covered in this class include Qinna, traditional San Da, Kung Fu applications, sparring and self-defence skills.
