Shi Yan Min teaches the philosophy and practice of Ch’an Buddhism including Shaolin Ch’an. This specifically covers Ch’an philosophy, meditation, and the history of Ch’an Buddhism and the Shaolin Temple. These sessions involve learning essential Ch’an teachings, enabling people to explore an alternative worldview. These sessions are open to everyone regardless of any existing faith or beliefs, or none at all. Shi Yan Mindiscusses the Ch’an Buddhism outlook on life and the various different ways on can engage with Ch’an, as well as its development through the Shaolin Temple.

THIS CLASS IS FREE TO EVERYONE

Meditation and Ch’an Buddhism sessions that are open to everyone and free to join. The sessions will involve a practical guide to meditation and explore some Ch’an Buddhist concepts.

You don’t need to have any experience of meditation or Ch’an Buddhism. All ages, people of any faith or no faith can benefit from our meditation sessions. We will give you a simple, down-to-earth guide to meditation and Ch’an Buddhism that can help you relieve stress and take stock.
