Shi Yan Min teaches the philosophy and practice of Ch’an Buddhism including Shaolin Ch’an. This specifically covers Ch’an philosophy, meditation, and the history of Ch’an Buddhism and the Shaolin Temple. These sessions involve learning essential Ch’an teachings, enabling people to explore an alternative worldview. These sessions are open to everyone regardless of any existing faith or beliefs, or none at all. Shi Yan Min discusses the Ch’an Buddhism outlook on life and the various different ways on can engage with Ch’an, as well as its development through the Shaolin Temple.
