Delivery & Returns

Our delivery costs are based on the size and weight of goods you order.
All orders need to be placed before 2pm in order to qualify for next day delivery within the UK
Deliveries will take 2 days to the Scottish Islands and St. Mary’s on the Scilly Isles (elsewhere on Scilly Isles is 3 days)
These Scottish postcodes do not receive next day deliveries: KW1-3, KW5-14, IV3, IV21-28, HS1-8, PH31-44

Costs:
Between £4.45 to £7.00 depending on weight and size
Orders of very large or heavy items (e.g. over 20kg) and wholesale orders, please contact us to confirm delivery costs prior to ordering

A signature will be required for all deliveries so please have it delivered where it can be signed for.
The goods must be in stock. Orders that contain pre-order products (ie. Not currently in stock) will be shipped as soon as all the products are in stock. If you would like products shipped as soon as they become available then you need to make us aware of that. Delivery charges will apply to each separate shipment
During very busy times of the year (e.g. Christmas) there may be delays in your shipment (check the website for any delays, prior to ordering) although these will be avoided wherever possible.

Orders paid for by cheque will be delayed until clearance of the cheque (as much as 7 days delay).
